A ranking of the world’s self-made dollar billionaires aged 40 or under. This is a sublist of the Hurun Global Rich List 2026, released on 5 March 2026. Hurun Research found 108 self-made billionaires in the world aged 40 & under, up 30. They came from 16 countries, up 2. Their total wealth was US$347bn, down 31%. 8 individuals, up 3, are worth US$10bn or more. The average age was 36 years.

The Hurun Research Institute today released the Changshu Kuncheng Lake · Hurun China Under30s 2024, a list of China’s most successful entrepreneurs aged 30 and under. This is the eighth year of the list. 131 individuals made the list. 95 are self-made entrepreneurs. Software & Services led the way, covering emerging areas such as AI and Energy data services.

The inaugural Hurun UK Under40s 2024, showcasing pioneering entrepreneurs in the UK creating thousands of jobs and powering economic growth. The 110 entrepreneurs have together set up businesses with a combined value of £82 billion and between them created more than 60,500 jobs. The average value of each of the companies included is £1.32 billion.

The Hurun Research Institute releases the prestigious Hurun UK Under30s 2024, showcasing outstanding young entrepreneurs in the UK who are driving growth and job creation. The 83 entries have together set up businesses with a combined value of more than £2.3 billion between them.

The Hurun Research Institute today released the Changshu Kuncheng Lake · Hurun China Under30s 2023, a list of China’s most successful entrepreneurs aged 30 and under. This is the seventh year of the list. This year, 189 individuals from 183 companies made the list. The average age was 28, with 77% male and 23% female. On average, companies are 4.7 years old, have 180 employees and are funded to Series A.

Leading research institution, the Hurun Research Institute, today releases the Hurun UK Under30s and Hurun UK Under35s 2023, showcasing the leading British young powerhouses pushing the UK economy to new heights. 79 British entrepreneurs feature on the Hurun UK Under30s list, while 109 feature on the Under35s list, making a combined total of 188 young entrepreneurs.

The Hurun Research Institute today released its second Hurun Canada Under30s list, in association with the Canada Business Youth Club and featuring Canada’s most successful and exciting entrepreneurs aged 30 or under. The list features 70 people from 46 companies.
